At Thesis, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn garments. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
